John Derham
John is a visionary architect of innovative technology stacks. His products are state-of-the-art layers of integrated AI and proprietary contextualizing software, and the platforms have utility for measurement in industries including media, financial services, e-commerce, and various other B2C and B2B applications. He is a pioneer in building and leading diverse data analytics teams and strategies. He also has an uncanny ability to effectively communicate between technology and executive layers to advance innovative strategies and solve real-world problems. Derham has many noted successes in marketing, product, risk management, and other operational disciplines. John has a Bachelor of Science from the Villanova School of Business with a concentration in Financial analytics.
Lakshmi Venkataswamy
Lakshmi Venkataswamy is a seasoned IT professional who has 30+ years in the art and practice of IT in various business verticals. He has led IT organizations in the roles of CTO and CIO in banking financial services and media industries. He has also been involved in successful startups both internationally and domestically. His passion is to provide technology solutions that provide scale and performance in a cost-effective manner. His abilities to advance forward technologies into stable production environments have placed Lakshmi among the most coveted engineering minds. Lakshmi earned a Bachelor of Engineering Electronics & Communications Engineering B.E. (Hons) ECE at the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.

Davis Rosborough
Davis Rosborough has played the roles of M&A advisor, investor, entrepreneur, and operator. Most recently with Amobee, a cross-platform data & advertising technology company, operating as a counterpart to its parent, Singapore Telecommunications Strategic Portfolios Group. Prior, Davis spent nearly a decade in investment banking and venture capital, with boutique merchant banking firm Progress Partners, advising growth-stage M&A transactions in tech, data, and media verticals, for clients in NA, UK/EU, MENA, and APAC. Davis also co-founded IndustryMaps, a SaaS platform to track transaction activity within different sectors of the TMT space. Davis earned his B.A. with honors, in International Relations (MENA Concentration), with minors in Arabic and Economics at Bucknell University, having also invested valuable time in Egypt and Jordan, teaching English, and studying at the American University in Cairo (Political Economics).
Judi Stillman
Judi has over thirty years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration, specifically in SEC financial reporting and internal operations. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has worked as a senior finance executive in both small and medium-sized private and public multi-national corporations in several industries including e-commerce, real estate investment trusts, and financial and technology services. She is a board member of the Body Empowerment Project, a nonprofit that addresses eating disorders among high school students in the Philadelphia School District. Judi has a master’s in accounting and business administration from Northeastern University.

Our Story
The founders met in 2016 to collaborate on the sale of John and Lakshmi's digital TV monitoring infrastructure and analytics company which captured and made searchable 75 million hours of linear programming and ad content. Davis was an integral part of the deal team that led to a successful exit to a private equity firm: in the process that took the better part of three years, a bond was forged alongside a common philosophy about how to build a strong, sustainable technology company that prioritizes professional growth for its employees and customers.
A couple of years later, after proving the initial product-market fit for EDX, we declared the founding moment for EASL Tech – a company founded on the simplicity of form and undeniable function: to uphold the works of our trusted clients and customers.
The painter's easel serves a purpose: it carries a burden, its stability is constant - and establishes a steadfastness that, in turn, allows the user to reach a creative maximum.
We believe with the right efforts applied and measured, amidst a free contest of thinking, built upon an open workspace actively fostered on the idea that there's always terrain to grow just beyond mistakes – a distinct and diverse collective of people assemble, with a brush in hand.
